Mentoring Auxiliary Leadership Training

~ Objectives~

To empower every female in the Church Of God In Christ to be mentors of Auxiliary Leadership Training.
To attain knowledge and history of past and present International Supervisors.
To indoctrinate every female with the history, church policy, government, constitution, and structure of the Church Of God In Christ.
To teach skills in message preparation.
To train every female in stewardship.
To train every female to be effective mentors of God's Word.
To train every female to KNOW and LIVE the standards, principles, and doctrine of the Church Of God In Christ.
To MENTOR the Church Of God In Christ teaching and Auxiliary Leadership Training with consistency and oneness.

~ Mission Statement~
To create and implement a Jurisdictional Educational program that will serve as a means for training women as mentors. The training is designed to influence effective leadership in their homes, church auxiliaries, communities, and schools.
~ Phase I & II~
|
Implement our Phase I training course to every woman who desires to be involved in the ministry.
After graduation from our Phase I training, encourrage the laywomen to participate in the Phase II training course. All Licensed missionaries, evangelists, deaconess, and aspiring missionaries are required to complete this program. Completion of Phase II will empower women to perfect their ministry, edify the body of Christ and minister to God’s people.
